We will do an honest assessment of the work to be performed and provide you with an estimate of how long and how much money is involved. MAINTENANCE

Simple maintenance performed, Oil change/check, Transmission oil change/check. Checking for leaks. Brake system checked. Checking the electrical system including battery and charging circuit. Tire pressures checked. Checking all hoses and cables for deterioration.

ENGINE REBUILDS

In frame top-end rebuild. valve guide replacement. Valve seat repair. Exhaust pipe spigot thread repair. Cylinder rebore. Seal and gasket replacement. Clutch repair, oil pump repair. Transmission repair: gears, shafts bearings, seals. Out of frame full rebuild. Split cases, remove and grind big-end journals, sludge trap removal and cleaning, bearing replacement, flywheel balancing, clean blast crankcases.

TUNE-UPS

Airfilter cleaning or replacement. Clutch system adjustment. Primary and secondary chain slack adjustment. Valve clearance adjustment. Ignition system adjustment. Throttle cable adjustment and carb synchronization. Adjust idle and carb performance. Replace spark plugs and check gap.

FULL RESTORATIONS

A ground-up restore. drop-off your barn find and pick up a fully restored bike. Services include a full dismantle, wheel rebuilding, machine, polish, blast, powder coat, paint and expert assembly. Consultation on colors, correct usage of parts available. Includes a full engine and transmission rebuild.

MINOR REPAIRS

Minor repairs are repairs that do not disturb seals or gaskets. Examples are cable replacements, lighting repairs, gauge repair or replacement, rubber hose replacements, final drive chain and sprocket replacements, caliper and master cylinder rebuilds, clutch plate replacement, carburetor rebuild.
